I'm getting back into Game development and am currently recreating my Tower Grim project, and hopefully getting a full alpha loaded.

For now I'm loading the current status of my game on the demos tab on the home page. The game current has a town with various buildings to enter, but no shopping or saving implemented yet. There's also the tower you can enter which is procedurally generated and enemies wandering the dungeon. Colliding with the enemies starts a battle, but the battle system is still in development, but you can run away with R1 and L1, or 'Q' and 'E' on the keyboard.

Check it out and i'll try and keep it up to date as a make progress on the game!

Wow. it's been a reeaaal long time since i've updated this site. Since before covid....

So much has happened not sure where to even begin. There have been soo many great games to play the last three years, FF7R released!!!!! and FFXVI was also an amazing experience! Star ocean Second Story R next month.

And that's just Square games though lol. what else did I play... Nier Replicant ver.1.22474487139... !!!!!!! (also Square Enix ^^)

Can't beleive it took me so long to bring this one up. I actually have the original Nier and a Japanese Nier Replicant, though i never really played thorough the japanese since translating while playing proved to difficult. I was sooo excited for this game and played it soo much! it's probably one of my all time favorite games.

Speaking of favorite games I keep seeing rankings on Final Fantasy games since XVI came out so here's my order:

1. FFIV. My all time favorite game actually.

2. FFVII and FF7R. The original and Remake are absolutly amazing. the original FFVII was the game that introduced me to the series.

3. FFIX

4. FFXVI

5. FFV

6. FFVI... HUH 5 and 6 came up in order haha

7. FFXIV. Probably my most played game on thist list and should probably be higher...

8. FFIII. NES or Pixel remaster version; was not a fan of the 3ds remake

9. FFXV I was a bit disappointed by the rushed ending; this could have been much higher on the list.

10. FFXIII. I was actually a huge fan of the new ATB system, but didn't really like the sequels

11. FF This hurts to see the original so low as it started the series

12. FFX

13. FFII I actually really liked this one. Although I was upset when I got dawn of souls and this wasn't FFII for SNES which is actually IV

These last three are the only main line games in the series I have not completed

14. FFXI

15. FFVIII

16. FFXII

Angular seems super useful, I will be re-writting my portfolio site again to incorperate some new techniques.

I was going to wait until after completing Yakuza to dive into this one... but I'm glad I took the chance.

I'm already 20 hours into it. The game has been a blast. I knew it would be good as i am already a fan of Kojima and Guillermo del Toro.

Speaking of Death Stranding, remember PT and silent Hills? I'm still bummed, but this game helps fill that void.

P.s. Aimee gets a little upset when I talk about BB, since apperrently I am more caring towards him. 🤣

Began to study Angular and will be developing an angular app from an old Child Needs and Strengths (CANS) Behavioral Healthcare form

Back in November PS+ gave us Yakuza Kiwami, a remake of the original Yakuza game from PS2. I added to my Library, Like all ps+ games, but did not end up actually playing it. Then Black friday sales came along... I ended up getting too many games. The one I want to bring attention to is Judgement for the PS4. I knew it was connected to Yakuza, though not directly, and it seemed to be a game that would be perfect for me. A detective in tokyo, **** Yeah! I was playing this one non-stop it was soo good, but it had to come to an end at some point... but wait I had Yakuza free!

After Beating Judgment I switched to Yakuza Kiwami and it was astonishing, halfway through the game I knew it was something grand. I decided I NEEDED to get the rest of the games, and I was pleasently surprised Sega was bringing the entire collection to PS4!

I bought Steelbook editions of Kiwami and Kiwami 2, as well as the greatest hits for Zero (couldn't find any other edition swapped the red case for a blue from one of my less enjoyed games), the Essence of Art edition of 6, and currently waiting for the release of the Yakuza Remaster Collection Physical edition.

I just finished Kiwami 2, after playing Kiwami and Zero, and I am stil so excited and cannot wait for 3-5 in the collection! The story is so great I cannot even began to explain how good it is. Just Play the games and you will know haha. Still 14 days away for the collection 😩. Ah well time to go back and finish all substories!

tl;dr I cannot recommend the Yakuza Series enough It is now one of my All time Favorite game series!
